1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bd98b website at bd98b.io, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or using any other feature of the bd98b platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the bd98b platform, whether registered or unregistered.

If you are accessing the bd98b platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the full authority to bind that person to these terms. References to "you", "the player", or "the user" in these Terms & Conditions refer to the individual accessing or using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register for and use the bd98b platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for the duration of your account:

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd98b account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits and Payments

bd98b accepts deposits from players via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The platform will display currently active deposit options within the player's account dashboard.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bd98b at the platform level; however, individual payment service providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to a player's bd98b account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Funds deposited into a bd98b account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. bd98b does not act as a financial institution and player account balances are not bank deposits.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the bd98b player account.
• Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• bd98b reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its AML compliance procedures.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to a player's account balance. Players must contact support immediately if a deposit error occurs.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with bd98b's anti-money-laundering policy.

All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Players must complete the KYC verification process — as described in Section 9 — before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held in a pending state until all required documents are submitted and approved.

bd98b aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe following verification. • Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements have been met in full.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus conditions that apply to all bd98b promotions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise are as follows:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd98b platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the bd98b platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using the platform to launder money in any form.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated betting systems, scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.

14 Termination

Either party may terminate the player's account at any time. Players wishing to close their bd98b account should contact the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

bd98b reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice where the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, where fraudulent or prohibited conduct has been detected, or where bd98b is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. In cases of termination for breach, bd98b is not obligated to return any funds held in the account where those funds are connected to the breach or prohibited activity.
